Desde I+D hasta la expedici\u00f3n de producto terminado, todas las fases productivas se llevan a cabo en nuestras instalaciones de m\u00e1s de 6,000 m\u00b2.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Producimos una amplia gama de tubo, desde el tubo standard de infusi\u00f3n hasta tubos micro coextruidos, transparentes o con propiedades de foto-protecci\u00f3n, en varios materiales como PVC EXENTO DE DEHP, PUR, EVA y PE.<\/p>\n

El ensamblaje final se realiza manual o automaticamente, seg\u00fan el tipo de producto en sala blanca Clase 8.<\/h3>\n

Envasado del producto terminado en blister con equipos autom\u00e1ticos de termosellado, utilizando papel poroso de grado m\u00e9dico y film adecuados para la esterilizaci\u00f3n mediante \u00d3xido de Etileno. Proceso de esterilizaci\u00f3n mediante \u00f3xido de etileno controlado electr\u00f3nicamente y validado con el fin de conseguir el aseguramiento de la esterilidad en base a la norma ISO 11135.<\/p>\n

Laboratorio equipado para llevar a cabo todos los ensayos requeridos para la liberaci\u00f3n de lotes : Test de esterilidad, test de bioburden, test de indicadores biol\u00f3gicos, test de pir\u00f3genos, as\u00ed como ensayos de funcionalidad como test de fugas, pull-test, regulaci\u00f3n y test de \u00f3xido de etileno residual.<\/h2>\n
